| About Me | I've done a lot of different things since HS. One of which was to obtain my AA in Interior Design and an AA in Business Admin. My claim to fame besides passing a life-saver on a toothpick with Steve Largent, I also designed and staged a home for the Parade of Homes in the Tri-cities. I also sold every item I placed in that home to the new home buyers, and that is something that rarely ever happens. I been able to live the dream of having my own 20acre farm...I was always a displaced farm girl. Always being stuck in City limits due to my dad's profession...I am a PK...Principal's kid. We always got stuck having to reside in the zone of the school district. I longed for a farm and horses all my life. I finally got there...for a while. In 2015 I had to put my precious "Kingston" down. He was a mini-horse, Stallion. My buddy and my Pal. I had goats, chickens and ducks and even some pet bears. Everyone is gone...The only pet I have currently is about 8 bucks and three does and their new babies. I have one special buckling named Andrew. He was an orphan this past winter, with a severely broken hock...I was able to keep him close to the house so he could heal...He didn't have to travel far for food or water. He has antlers now and he has full mobility and usually comes when I call him. I am retired now and caring for my elderly parents. We have a garden that is larger than an olympic sized swimming pool. It's been a lot of work but it is very rewarding. I have done and still do a lot of canning. I'd love to hear from any of my old pals. I worked for a Veterinarian for years and...(read more) |
