| About Me | Had 4 beautiful dgters,3 of which have given me 6 beautiful grandchildren. Was a GS leader,Sunday School teacher,youth group leader,sec. of Lincoln School PTA,worked yrs at Mercy Hospital,then worked at Dr. Empson's office. Moved to Florence,Ky in '93 with my 2nd husband,John. Experienced a whole new world outside of Indy,Ks. A year later moved to Little Rock,Ar. John & I later divorced. And he has since passed away. I entered Baptist School of Nursing LPN program at the age of 44, graduated 11mos later, continued with my ed & a year later graduated RN. Who says your 40's are over the hill(altho by the time I finished I almost felt like I should be UNDER the hill!!)? I work the nightshift in an outpatient cardiovascular recovery unit . Love my work.
