Favorite School Memory	I have many fond memories of Holton High. There's no way I could pick an absolute favorite.
About Me	After graduating from Holton, I went straight to Michigan Tech to earn an engineering degree, graduating in February of 1999. After a temporary stint as a substitute teacher, I got my first engineering job at a small, family-owned manufacturer in Rockford, MI. After two years, I left for an engineering opportunity at Electrolux in Greenville, MI. When the company decided to close that plant and move operations to Mexico, they also built an engineering office adjacent to our plant in Anderson, SC. They offered me a product development engineering position and a transfer to the new office, and I accepted. On the personal side, I've continued to study art, photography and art history at community colleges along my professional journey. I had the opportunity to study art abroad in a 2-1/2 week drawing/painting class in Greece, which was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. My job occasionally leads me to new cities in the US and Mexico, and when I'm not traveling for work, I'm exploring the US Southeast as often as possible. I absolutely love living in South Carolina. The scenery is gorgeous, the weather is amazing, and there's no shortage of things to see and do.
