About Me	I finally found my passion in Culinary Arts. In fall of 2008, I was chosen as a U.S. representative for the Terra Madre conference in Italy. I got to travel all over Italy learning about their cuisine and world delicacies. In 2009, I graduated from culinary school, and helped open Harvest Fresh Market and Deli in the Village of West Clay in Carmel as the Head Chef/Director of Operations.
