Favorite School Memory	Acting in the plays and musicals, particularly "Finian's Rainbow" which started my life in the theatre. It was pure fun then and still is.
About Me	Pursued a career in the theatre. Met my husband at the Oregon Shakespearean Festival. We were married on the stage in Seattle. We have continued to act and direct theatre. Now we are playwrights. We have a musical, "Chaps!" that played at lots of theatres--several in Colorado. We have published over 130 books for Children and Young Adults under the name Jahnna N. Malcolm. We've written computer games and movie scripts. I directed, "the Ruby Princess Runs Away" which won best dramatic film at the Burbank International Children's Film Festival. It also was reviewed by Time and won several other film fests. I love to travel and because I'm fortunate to have a portable occupation I've been able to spend time abroad. My son Dash has the travel bug now and is on a sailing ship off South America. My daughter Skye is still in high school, but loves seeing the world. I spend a good deal of time talking about losing weight, but not really doing much about it. I live in Ashland Oregon, which is a beautiful town but spend a lot of time dreaming about living somewhere else. My favorite thing in the world is sitting around with creative, funny people and brainstorming new ideas for shows, books, living.
