About Me	Gayle Gregory, CVO of Workplace Evolution, and founder of Silent Presence, is the author of three books – the latest: Silent Presence: Grief's Unfolding Promise. Amaya also wrote Workplace Evolution, Common Sense for Uncommon Times, a business management and leadership award-winner.
