About Me	I attended GVSU and graduated in 2000. I studied for a summer in Tubingen, Germany. I've worked since 2001 at Lakewood High School in Lake Odessa. I teach German 1, 2, 3, and 4, along with an occational Literature class. I've been married for 5 years to Steve Stepek, a transportation planner, whom I met at GVSU. In 2007 I finished a master's degree in TESOL, but I have no immediate plans to change careers. We bought a house on the NE side of Grand Rapids, and I've been learning everything I never wanted to know about gardening, moles, a leaky water heater, and crumbling plaste...(read more)
