About Me	I went to Oregon State University and graduated with a degree in microbiology as a stepping stone to getting my medical technology degree at OHSU. I worked and lived in Myrtle Creek, OR for 7 months, then for 2 years in Madras. From there I moved to Silverton and have worked in the Lab at Silverton hospital for the last 21 years. I married Bernie Palmer in 1985. He was in the army with John Miller (class of 1978). We have three children, Emily, 17, a senior at Silverton High, Trystan, 15, a sophomore at Silverton High and Ian, 11, 6th grade at Bethany Charter school in Silverton. We are active in St. Paul Catholic church in Silverton. I have done a little bit of traveling. We went to England and Wales several years ago, and have been to Florida.
