| About Me | Born to Joseph Johnson and Donie Mohr. Three older siblings Betty, Delores and Donna from Dad's first marriage to Florence Nelson. Two younger siblings, Ramona and Mike Johnson from marriage to Donie Mohr. Attended grade school at Linden, Junior High (now Metro Tech) and graduated from Fremont High in 1965. Worked at Bell Telephone Co., Bahner Olds - Cadillac, RJ's Auto Parts, and Ne Job Service over the years. Married Richard L. Porter August 7, 1965 ( that's right, we just celebrated 45 years together). Our son, Richard A. Porter was born June 16, 1967. We have been blessed to have such a wonderful son. ( yes, we have differences now and then but we love him just the same.) Served as family caregiver to those we loved and lost over the years. I now have only one sister remaining, Mona. We have lost the rest of our family to the big "C". Retired this year, needing more time to serve the Lord as I was ordained to the office of Teacher in 2006 at Community of Christ Church here in Fremont.
