Jose Elmer "OJ" Porteria, born May 9, 1994 in Arlington, Virginia, United States, is a Filipino professional footballer known for his contributions to both club and international football teams. He initially started his career at the young age of four and went on to play for various youth teams such as The Fireballs and Team America.

Porteria joined the D.C. United's under-13 Super Y-League team and eventually the D.C. United Academy. In 2012, he moved to the Philippines and signed for the local side Kaya, marking the start of his senior career. He recorded 41 appearances and 30 goals for Kaya from 2012-2016, while his stint with United City from 2017-2020 saw him make 47 appearances with 13 goals.

Porteria also played for multiple other clubs like Ratchaburi Mitr Phol, United City, Kirivong Sok Sen Chey, and as of 2023, he's been playing for Kelantan United in the Malaysia Super League, where he's made 22 appearances and scored 7 goals.

On an international level, Porteria made his mark on the Philippines national team. He was part of the under-22 and under-23 teams, scoring his first goal in the 2-1 defeat to Timor-Leste at the 2011 Southeast Asian Games. He has had 35 caps and scored 2 goals for the Philippines national team as of October 2023.
