About Me	At one time a very busy educator, until I had to take a disability in 1997, which prohibits me from doing anything in any way related to what I did in the classroom-not even volunteering to teach literacy or a CCD class @church, no private tutoring...nothing. STRS (State Teachers Retirement System) has tied my hands. Disability is in no way like retirement and not being able to have anything to do with education is heartbreaking. My fondest memories are of the bright and diligent students with whom I had the privilege of guiding in the classroom and working with in extracurriculars-Flyerettes, Honor Society, Drama, Power of the Pen, Student Leadership Group, and all of the other groups.
