My name is Gregory Drake, I was born and raised in a GM town called Lansing Michigan my parents were named George and Ethel... (No jokes please..lol) Growing up we were a middle class family, my Father worked for the state, my mother worked for the city, but as most middle class families we always had more month left at the end of our money... So I became an entrepreneur at a young age, riding my bike to the store when other kids couldn't and buying candy at the local 7-11, selling it for a 100% profit on the street... From there I got a paper route... But my favorite? The Saturdays when our district manager would have us go out and sell subscriptions... It gave me such a rush to get people to say yes... But my problem was I had low self esteem so I did not get a lot of yes's... But my hunger to learn what makes people respond drove me into sales and marketing... To make a long story short I got my start in network marketing, moved on to car sales, where I used my marketing knowledge to triple the sales of the dealerships Saab carline in less than 2 years... Since then I have been in the mortgage business as a trainer, and I have taught lead generation strategies to thousands... But now my passion is helping small business owners... Why? Because most of what is passed of as advertising really sucks... And I understand being a small business owner you need marketing that works so well that what you spend today, you can have back in your account by Friday, to handle payroll... That is the reality of small business. So that is my story...
