About Me	Came to Japan to teach in a new woman's college in 1983; moved to Tokyo in 1985 for "just one or two more years," met a wonderful Japanese man from Sapporo, married 4 years later (1991), gave birth to a daughter, Natalie (1994), continued teaching English in language schools and universities. Our daughter, Natalie attends the American School in Japan located in western Tokyo (we live within a mile of the school). She's currently a h.s. sophomore and is on the JV volleyball team. Husband, Toshiya is an editor/journalist of the classical music magazine, "Mostly Classic." He is also a Noh actor, performing...(read more)
