About Me	Specific to youth sports coaching I currently have thirty two full seasons of coaching football, baseball and basketball – with twenty two of those full seasons being on-field football coaching experience (with eleven of these being at the high school level). I had the honor of being invited to the inaugural National Conference on Youth and Amateur Football (Huddle 2004), hosted by the National Football League and USA Football. Additionally, I have had hosted an annual coaching clinic in conjunction with my duties as On-Site Director of the "White Shoes & Friends" Lifeskills Youth Instructional Football Camps. Among other achievements, I obtained a grant from NFL Charities to start and operate a Flag Football program; oversaw the YMCA Youth Instructional Football & Cheerleading Program (full contact, Fall Football for 5-14 year olds); coordinated the YMCA spring youth basketball program; helped found, coordinate, and served as Head Coach of the Cecil County Saints Football Club (full contact, “Winter/Spring” Football for 13-16 year olds); and established and served as program coordinator and director of both the CC Saints High School and Youth Football Camp and the YMCA Football Academy. I’ve also served as Head Coach and league administrator for the Cecil County STORM Football Club, a member of the Cecil County Winter Football League (Winter Youth Football, ages 13 to16), then served as League Director and Head Coach for the Winter Hawks and Golden Knights of the NCCFL Winter Division.
