About Me	I'm Maddi. I am who I am. I have discovered: * Art and music are my sanity * I absolutely love blues and jazz, the older the better * Music doesn't need to have words to tell me an amazing story * My life would be a rather bleak and depressing one without art * I have an unnatural obsession with Charlie Chaplin * Jesus was a hippie. I like hippies * I am also slightly obsessed with dead trees * Straws are awesome. * I can be impulsive on occasion * I’m often slow to trust and even slower to forgive * Taking lots of pictures is a must * I love the smell of gasoline and wet pavement * I'm slightly OCD * I hate the number 9, and most odd numbers * Old books are fantastic. The smellier, the better * I'm probably the most accident-prone person you'll ever meet * I like a bit of every genre of music * I’m a proper spelling and grammar Nazi * I despise onions like a fat kid despises a treadmill * I think manta rays are absolutely adorable * Where jewelry is concerned, I won’t be truly happy with it unless it’s the weirdest thing I can possibly find * I love tattoos * The color white depresses me. I will obsessively imagine all the things it could be other than white * I have an orange Jeep, and his name is Jackson Pollock * I sometimes wish that I could have a big and crazy family like the one in the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding… Instead of just the crazy part * I keep a favorite words list * Abalone and fire opals are probably the 2 most beautiful gems I've ever seen * I wear sandals (or bare feet) as much as humanly possible * I like to paint my toenails rainbow * I can gleek on command * I collect defective coins * I don’t eat seafood. Not at all * I’m in love with the ocean and everything in it * I want to someday own a bakery that donates a percentage to childrens' art programs * And that life is what you make of it. :] So...(read more)
