About Me	I have a little mini dachshund named Cinnamon (woof!) and another dachshund named Ernie they own the home and just let me live with them rent free. (How kind of them ) Cinnamon is a therapy doggie and loves to eat peoples food off of their plates at the hospital when we visit. I just got them both from my brother Tony. 1My home was built in 2003 and I like it very much. In 2005, I had a kidney and pancreas transplant after being on dialysis for almost 2 yrs. In one week. my pancreas got a blood clot in it and had to be removed.I had many complications and spent one year in the hospital having 2 malignant tumors and also living from a feeding tube for 10 months. One year later I got another pancreas transplant but that one failed after 3 months. During that time, I got a staff infection, which is very common when you are iin the hopital for a long time. the staff infection had settled in my leg and unfortunately it had to be aputated. It was the right foot and about 6 inches on the leg. I have a prostethis and now I can walk very short distances but most of the time I am in my wheelchair I do pretty good when we play football now! i can kick the ball pretty hard and far now! :) This year I graduated with a bachelors in nursing & I would like to continue and specialize in either being a transplant coordinator or a cancer regulator technician for cancer research.
