About Me	Awarded a Master of Urban Planning from University of Illinois. Worked in Connecticut and Wasnington as an environmental planner for the Northeast Passenger Rail Improvement Project. Worked in Transportation Dept. at City of Charlotte, NC as Asst. Director for Admin., returned to Columbia and worked as the Lexington County Planner and Senior Transpotation Planner for Central Midlands Council of Government. Served as a planner in Cairo, Egypt on USAID project as senior planner for Wilbur Smith Associates. Wrote grants for USC Department of Libraries and Distance Education.
