| Favorite School Memory | Gym class senior year 8:30 am. Not a morning person (stil) didn't take gym seriously -barely participated- and was consistently late which irked Mr. Penrod. But when we ran a 600 yard dash in late Spring, running in the first of two heaps, I decided to spring out of the gates, got a 50 yard lead over my heap by mid-way. While I sputtered to the finish perhpas still leading by 15 yards, I noticed Mr. Penrod some 25 yards ahead at the finish line with his stopwatch being held with his arm outstretched gaping at me in absolute disbelief. If you remember Penrod's, let's say, physiogomy - physique and facial structure - well, obvioulsy, nearly 44 years later, it was one unforgettable sight.
