About Me	I'm all about the students cause they are where it's at. I have a strong passion for social justice specifically with communities of color. I hope as a college multiculturalist I can aspire to develop and engage students in conversations about race and ethnicity, hopefully building upon knowledge and preparing students to go into a diverse work environment. My passion stems from my experience as a Cambodian American, an underrepresented population amongst an already "marginalized" racial group. I am proud to be a first generation college AND Masters student and hope to one day inspire other multicultural students to succeed in whatever endeavors they choose to pursue.
