About Me	I am a real-estate investor and hard money lender, if you are looking for a loan or have a great deal and need financing call me! I am a small business owner in Louisville. My two sons, Martin and Blake work with me in our real estate business. I spend the majority of my time focusing on work and finding deals, however when I can step out of the work element I enjoy spending time with my daughter Tiffany and my partner Kim Delaney, working out, bicycling and traveling. I started in the pawn shop business and like they say "things always come full circle" as I am looking at getting back into the business. I pride myself on being one of the only folks left alive in this sub-prime real-estate disaster! I am always on my phone trying to work the next deal but also enjoy quiet nights at home. I enjoy giving back to the community also and have had the pleasure to serve on several non-profit boards. My mother who recently passed away was my biggest inspiration and supporter, I miss her dearly but hope that people see her in me.
