About Me	Actually, I didn't graduate from CHS in 1972 but that would have been my class if my family hadn't moved back South in 1970, a few mos into our junior year. (We had moved to Cheshire from Rome, GA in fall 1966 when I was in the 6th grade.) Although we returned to be closer to our family, the 4 yrs we lived in Cheshire were both difficult and exhilarating. although I am happy with who I am and with my life, I do sometimes wonder how different I would be if we had never moved there. I married my sweetheart Susan almost 45 yrs ago and we raised 3 sons (oldest is 40, 2nd is 38, and our youngest died 2 yrs ago at 33) and we have 4 grandchildren. In April I retired from a 45 yr management career in heavy construction, having worked in NYC, TX, UT, TN, Atlanta, KY, IL, FL, AL, both Carolinas, VA, WV (and lived in SC, WV, AL, GA, TN, WI,...(read more)
