| About Me | I was born and raised in Virginia, the state that invented humidity. But since 2008 I've lived in the Pacific northwest in Washington state, where all we do is drink Starbucks and watch it rain. I live on Whidbey Island with my wife Stephanie and my two step sons, Ryan and Timmy. Here, every view is a post card. We have Mt. Baker and the Cascades to our east, British Columbia to the north, and the Strait of Juan de Fuca all around us. When I'm feeling Sarah Palinishy, I can look out our kitchen window and see Canada (but not Russia). Here, homes are built with no air conditioning because there is no need for it.
