About Me	Aaron Kyle Bacon is a veterans advocate, certified preschool-12th grade substitute teacher, subject matter expert, tutor, and adult educator with a strong business and financial background. Bacon is a former call center manager who led, coached, trained, mentored, and instructed teams of highly-skilled professionals selling and servicing a variety of financial products and services. Bacon has also worked in a variety of banking, financial, customer service, business, and retail roles. Bacon has a MA in Military History from American Military University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science & Government from Ashford University. He also graduated with an AA in General Studies degree with High Distinction from Glendale Community College. He has a graduate certificate in World War II studies from American Military University and a certificate in Auto Insurance & Customer Service from Rio Salado College. Bacon is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. He is a member of the Golden Key, Saber & Scroll, SALUTE, Pi Gamma Mu, Historical Studies, Collegiate Leadership & Achievement, and Alpha Lambda Sigma honor societies. He was also awarded the Bronze Star Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, and numerous other medals and decorations. Bacon formerly served as Vice Chairman of the City of Surprise Audit Committee and Chairman of the City of Surprise Board of Trustees. He also served on the Maricopa County Board of Trustees.
