About Me	First job was with the Bell Telephone System. Started as a lineman, went on to install and repair phones, next came maintaining central office equipment, and then was promoted to management. Managed telephone installation and repair crews, Central Office maintenance crews, Central Office administration- another name for bean counter, was also in Project management. Largest project was the complete rewiring of the campus at UW Eau Claire. Retired from the telephone company 1994. While working on the telco line crew, I joined the US Army Enlisted Reserves with a coworker. Received the honor graduate award when graduating from radio school. While in the Army, Army Reserves and National Guard, I worked my way from Private to a Warrant Officer in five years. Resigned in 1971. The discipline from home went well with the Bell System and military life. If you called technical support for your Microsoft Windows 95 in 1995, you may have talked with me. Worked on the general aviation side of the Dane County Regional Airport from 1995 to 2006 as their IT manager. Installed and maintained Wisconsin Aviation's phone and computer systems for the Madison, Juneau, and Watertown airports. Red Cross Volunteer at blood drives at least weekly.
