| About Me | http://Mulligan.joinambit.com Hello. I have spent my life dancing through the time I have been blessed to behold. I have studied, performed and taught dance. I am a life learner and embrace change. To express ourselves through a creative outlet is not only limitless, but a powerful way to obtain a breakthrough. Meditation through dance also expands our consciousness, the energizer of your own body, develops your listening and communication skills too. There is great satisfaction in the Silence. I have spent my entire life helping others and being the light in the darkness. Don't regret the life you could have had, but that you lost, due to your own driven nature.To be driven is to be focused to take no prisoners and destroy a life or soul through manipulation and deceit is not a healthy plan for life. In waves the same questions plague you. Do you always finding yourself in the same situation over and over again? Who are you in competition with? You will never learn everything you need about self perception from a book, but you can from people, if done in light and love. Love, laughter, family, serenity, and memories make a permanent stamp on our souls. If you are feeling defensive, please do not be mad, you've known this for quite some time, but can't stop the cycle that keeps you trapped. Maybe it's because you choose to live this lifestyle over and over again and expect a different response. It's no wonder why it always ends the same. GO AHEAD and ADD me. Have the courage to do something different today and not live in fear. Are you interested in knowing why it sometimes takes a baseball bat to wake people up? Do you want to know the truth about yourself and why these things have happened to you? I've been through much life and want to help you whether in words, friendship and/or prayer. :0 When we limit ourselves, we limit our possibilities and confine ourselves in a limitless universe. Be Present where you are RIGHT NOW because TODAY maybe ALL you have....You think you have moved on until you hear that song or read a note that you should have gotten rid of but you didn't because your trapped in the past. Why are you holding onto theses things? Therapists will tell you that it is for your own self affirmation and pride. Please take those pictures down. You have no room for your new life when it's cluttered with the one you lost or was let down by. People know why you keep these trophies on display.Your friends and family are afraid to confront you with the truth.I have the courage to tell you the truth.Think about the things you keep.
