| About Me | Got married in 1995 to my Husband Larry. Bought our first house in 1998. Had Wyatt in 2000 (he was the millennium baby for Putnam County. We were in the papers), had Hunter in 2003. Six months after Hunter was born, my Mom passes away. Renovated our house to accommodate my Dad moving in with us in 2005. My Dad finally moves in at end of 2006 and in July 2007 I have my third son, Dillon. Two weeks later, my Dad passes away. Possibly contemplating one more child and praying it is a girl. Haven't decided yet, but this would definitely be our last child if we decide to go for it. I really enjoy being able to work from home so that I can be there to raise my kids instead of a babysitter. Update:1/28/2010: No fourth baby. We have decided we are too old now for a fourth, but we are thinking of maybe fostering a child with the hopes of being able to adopt a little girl. Still in the planning stages though. Update on 5/31/2012: I just graduated with my Bachelor Degree in April 2012. I went back to work at New Horizons working with the developmentally disabled, and have since given up doing the medical transcription. I am currently looking to get my certification in behaviour analysis and am hoping to continue my education in September to get my Master Degree in Psychology-Applied Behavioural Analysis as well. Update 8/30/17: I graduated with my master's degree in August 2014 and it took 3 years to find a job to go with it. I currently work for Devereux Advanced Behavioural Health in Red Hook as a clinician and I absolutely love it. I am getting the field experience I need in order to sit for the BCBA test. Very excited...I love my job. Updated 11/3/2020: on 10/22/2020, I sat for my BCBA examination and passed and am officially a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Extremely excited. Update 1/10/2026: in July 2023 I obtained my license to practice as a behavior analyst in NY. Then in March 2025 I was promoted to Clinical Supervisor/Lead Licensed Behavior Analyst.
