| About Me | I work full time with NCDOT office of the Secretary, (we work closely with the Governor's office. We (my sisters, nephew and myself) also have our own Cheesecake/bakery business now for the past 15 years which keeps me extremely busy all the time. We have a large clientele which can be exhausting at times, but it's great to see so many people enjoying our food. Most days I don't know where I'm heading. I rely on my calendar to keep me headed in the right direction. Staying organized is top priority so, I'm constantly on my computer planning out my schedule , ordering supplies and researching for recipes, etc. to stay ahead of the game. I love baking, photography, drawing (don't have much time for that) and spending as much time with all of my nieces and nephews as possible since I don't have kids of my own.
