About Me	Author, Lecturer, Philanthropist, Bum, Occasional Hero and Film Maker Extraordinaire. Seufert is my last name, but I use my middle name (Morgan) because it's just easier to spell and pronounce (go ahead, I dare ya!) Originally from Detroit, Matt migrated to Southern California in 1982 for a stint in the United States Marine Corp. After he was honorably discharged and returned to school, he earned a BA in Journalism. While in school, he developed an affinity for multimedia and become engrossed in computers. He has worked on several short films; his first was “Stalking You” which won Best Sci-Fi Short at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival in March 2009. The film was also an Official Selection at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner in May 2008. Morgan also won Best Directorial Debut for a Short Film at the Los Angeles Leg of the New York International Film and Video Festival in July of 2009.
