| About Me | Reverend Chiara L Starnes-Williams is an Ordained Minister, and has studied at Jameson School of Ministry and Theology, and is also licensed through her studies at College of the Open Bible. Reverend Chiara L Williams is a survivor of Domestic Violence herself and published in Women of Power Today Magazine. Reverend Chiara has studied Nothetic Counseling which is based on Scripture, and is certified in Wellness Action Planning, and also offers workshops in confidence building skills.I am a member of Impacting Your World Christian Center, in Germantown, Philadelphia, Am the wife of Clyde Williams Jr. The mother of two daughters and ten grandchildren.
