About Me	I went to college and graduate school in Pennsylvania, married Mark (a chemistry prof), and moved to Wheaton IL in the mid-'70s. We have two grown children, Elizabeth, who is a costume designer, and Benjamin, who is a classical musician. Both live in the Northeast, along with our two beautiful grandchildren. In my younger days I taught psychology at a community college for a few years, and then earned a degree in church history, which lead to work as a free lance writer. In recent years my husband and I have renovated two old houses, one of them in Hyde Park, Chicago, just a few blocks from the Obama homestead. In 2003 we moved back to Wheaton to be closer to Mark's job. We miss the city, and especially our old brick row house. In my old age I am learning to play the viola, which brings me joy. Every evening after supper Mark and I watch an episode of "The Gilmore Girls", we are addicted. We own the entire seven-season set. We have watched the whole shebang at least four times.
