About Me	I've been happily married to the love of my life, Bob Maxey, for 31 years next month. We have five children (two spouses), nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. One of our great joys, on the home front, has been raising Golden Retrievers and four years ago we added a Mini Australian Shepherd to the clan. I found out that I had cancer in 2011 and have been in remission for two years. Almost two years ago I developed a problem with my esophagus and have been seeing a Gastroenterologist ever since. A feeding tube was implanted just over a year ago which helps me keep nutritious foods and liquids in my body! This looks like it's going to be an ongoing harassment, so I've learned to live with it! (: Otherwise we enjoy gardening, football (especially Boise State and the Patriots) walking and cooking. Wish I could do more … just cannot get too far from home or my doctors. Sheesh! My dearest friend in the world is Norene Calkins. Other than my husband, Norene has restored my faith in God and can make me smile and laugh in a heartbeat.
