About Me	Hello, fellow classmates! It's been nearly 30 years since I've seen or spoken to any of you. During the very few times that I have been to Maryland to visit my family I was hoping to run in to some of you...but I never did. Well, allow me to tell you some of the things that I've been up to since graduating from Boonsboro High School in 1978. I'll tell you the good things. Anything else, I gladly tell you about at another time, or place. After graduation, I did a three year hitch in the Army and was stationed in Germany. Believing that the U.S. Air Force was a better way of life, I entered the Air Force. I was stationed in Florida, Okinawa, and California. While stationed in Okinawa I was able to perform duty in Korea and the Philippines. In the Philippines, I got engaged to a Philippine native name Lorena. After moving to California in 1988 and going through six months of red tape, I finally got Lorena to the U.S. Two days later, we drove to Las Vegas and got married. Later, after leaving active duty in the Air Force, I ended up in Texas and took a job as a contractor for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company and deployed to Saudi Arabia. My job there was to train Saudi Arabia Air Force members to maintain their F-15 aircraft. During the five years that Lorena and I lived there, I played lead and bass guitar for a British Rock and Roll band. We called ourselves "Graveyard Shift." Lorena and I also got to visit Lorena's home town in the Philippines just after the eruption of Mount Pinatubo. There, of course, was volcanic ash everywhere and it was as white as snow. Once we decided to leave Saudi Arabia, Lorena, and I moved back to Texas and I joined the Air Force Reserve. After a series of circumstances, I ended up where I'm at now, near Tucson, Arizona. I work full time in the Arizona Air National Guard in the Quality Assurance department. Lorena works at Tucson Medical Center. Some of the countries we've visited or lived in include: Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Okinawa, Japan, Korea, Philippines, England, Canada and Mexico. My hobbies and interest include: playing the acoustic, electric and bass guitar, physical fitness-running and weight lifting, traveling, and spending time with our friends who are like family to us. I'm also into cars. Lorena and I have been married for nearly twenty years, but we've never had children. However, we've been blessed in many other ways through out the years. Through life's ups and downs, I do believe that I have become a better person, though I'm far from perfection. Things do happen for a reason. The material things that my wife and I have accumulated over the years, in them selves, won't make me the good man I strive to be. But the relationships we've made and the experiences we've had, and our faith will. I hope to ...(read more)
