About Me	2004 – 2005: DynCorp Security Division 2005 – 2007: CSC Security Services 2007 – Present: Southeastern Protective Services Contract Security Site Program Manager The contract I am assigned has changed corporate hands three times since it began in December of 2004. Each time I have applied for, and been hired as the “Contract Security Site Program Manager” for the Columbus Air Force Base. I have earned the respect and loyalty of the 14th Security Forces Squadron (USAF) and each time they have requested that I stay with the contract at Columbus Air Force Base. As the “Site Program Manager”, I serve as the direct point of contact for SEPS to the USAF at Columbus AFB. My primary responsibilities include direct supervision of a contract security force totaling thirty-five armed security professionals. Base entry control, visitor control and commercial vehicle inspection make up the bulk of the work assignments. I am directly responsible for the selection and hiring, human resources, payroll and technical performance issues, as well as disciplinary actions. Obtain and maintain all equipment needed to issue to SEPS Guards to include weapons, uniforms, ballistic vest, etc.  I am responsible for the coordination of all SEPS Guard training issues to include the USAF and DHS training programs. I work directly with the USAF/SF Quality Assurance Manager to ensure 100% compliance with all contract security issues. I supervise pre-employment background investigations to include criminal history checks, credit checks, security clearances and Mississippi state license requirements. Coordinate with USAF/SF Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection personnel to insure the proper level of security is in place and maintained. Attend USAF briefings with upper echelon military personnel to discuss security issues for special events. Coordinate with federal, state and local law enforcement on security issues of concern to Columbus Air Force Base. I currently hold a “Secret” DoD security clearance. (2001 – 2004) (Arkansas Dept. Correction / Enforcement Division) Lieutenant / State Drug K-9 Coordinator •As a Lieutenant, I was directly responsible for the development, and implementation of a law enforcement drug K-9 program for the Arkansas Department of Correction. Assigned to ADC Headquarters, where I was charged with building a K-9 program to be utilized by the Arkansas Dept. Correction and the Arkansas State Police to detect illegal drug smuggling within the state prison system. •Oversaw efforts with Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies conducting “man-hunts” for escaped prisoners. Interacted with Federal and State drug task force teams to provide K-9 support in major anti-drug smuggling operations. •Assisted the Drug Enforcement Administration’s High Intensity Drug Traffic Area (HIDTA) team with K-9 support in federal level intelligence gathering and investigations of narcotics trafficking within the state of Arkansas. •Instructed courses on illegal drug smuggling and popular club drug trends within the state. •Directed supervision on the selection and training, of Special Police Officers to be assigned to the ADC drug K-9 team. •Procurement of canines and training material from the DHS / U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency to establish a federal certification course still used in Arkansas today. 1986 – 2000 Law Enforcement Experience Includes: •U.S. Marine Corps / Military Police / Absentee Collection Unit •Arkansas State University / Dept.
