| Favorite School Memory | Beating Cypress High in the 1984 soccer semifinal game. They welcomed us by calling us names such as wetbacks, TJ's and even spit at some of our players. Coach Brenes had a good pep talk with us and used those comments and actions to motivate us and asked us to have class and show them on the field what we were made of. We were all charged up and although it was a hard game, at the end, we were the ones walking with our heads up and very proud of who we were and how we played. | About Me | I attended East LA College for two years and eventually got a full time job in sales and merchandising with a major beverage compay. I also spend nine years with the Los Angeles Times as a Sales Account Representative and just recently started my own Wedding and Events company with an office in Downtown LA and a second one in the City of Lakewood.
