About Me	I truly hated school while growing up, but when I got to college I found I loved learning. Early in my adulthood, I was a university and medical school professor. Then I was in the independent practice of psychotherapy and hypnosis. Around the time I turned 50 I had a religious epiphany and attended rabbinical school. Now I spend my time practicing psychology on a part-time basis and officiating at weddings, baby namings, and funerals. To keep my brain from turning to mush I write. I'm currently working on my 9th and 10th books. This is remarkable when you realize I have ADHD and even in college I was unable to string three sentences together to form a coherent paragraph. I've served as a congregational rabbi and chaplain, but these were not right for me.
