About Me	I served 28 years in the Army (3 periods of Active Duty, TN National Guard, Florida National Guard and US Army Reserves). Retired Captain. I worked as a Tampa, FL Vice cop in the early 1980's when the Mariel Crime Wave hit South Florida, the Cocaine Cowboys and the Crack Epidemic. It was a Wild West, Ragtime, time of Vice Crime. Then I worked as a Law Enforce,ment Contractor for the US Treasury Department in Costa Rica and Colombia. Chapter 11 of DEA Agent Jeff Brunner's Book "The Nature of Chaos" is about my work in Colombia and Costa Rica- Chapter Titled "Mitch v. the Cali Cartel." I retired to the Rocky Mountains of remote New Mexico to a remote 50 acre cabin. In 1975 I travceled with 1972 Classmate Ronnie Garey to Mexico and British Honduras. Later he came and lived with me in Costa Rica. Ronnie married my Wife's sister. I have three sons who all served 8 years in the Army during the Global Wr on Terror in Military Intelligence. My oldest son Served in Gerany, Kosovo and Iraq (2005-06). He Got a BBA From Florida State University and is a Decision Review Officer for the Veterans Adminstration. My Middle Son Served in Korea and the 10th Mountain Divsion, got a BA in International Relations from University of South Florida and worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency. My youngest son worked Intellience for Pacific Command in the Army, and now works for the Nuclear Weapons Program...(read more)
