About Me	Worked as an Executive Chef for 25+ years from Boston to the Vineyard to Charlotte, Atlanta and Tampa. Started teaching 3 years ago. Taught Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management - Foodservice Financial Systems at a college here in New England until recently.
