| About Me | I graduated in 1975 from LawSchool in Wash DC @ Catholic University. Moved to Frederick Md in 1976 where I joined a Law firm and practiced for 5 yrs. In 1981 became a prosecutor in a nearby county for 3 yrs. I was then a prosecutor in my Frederick County for 9 yrs. from 1984 to 1993.
