Took medical classes at Wichita, State. Worked at St Joseph Hosp. for 8 years. Became certified EMT, EMT-D in the state of Kansas. Went to work for the City of Derby, and was certified Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical Inspector by the Internation Conference of Building Officials. Served as Electrical Inspector, Building Official, Zoning Administrator, FEMA Flood Administrator for the City of Derby. Secretary to various advisiory boards. Retired from the City of Derby, Ks.
