| About Me | Graduated AHS, got married, and left for the Army, all in the summer of '96. Had a baby and moved home in Dec. '98. Aaron transfered from reg. Army to Army guard unit. Bought 1st house in New Berlin. Got A.A. at LLCC, Aaron got B.S.at UIS. Moved to Marion area in '02 for Aaron to train for job as DNA Analyst with State Police. While there, took business classes at SIUC and had another baby. Had back surgery (didn't work - still in pain all the time). Moved to S.W. Chicago suburbs in '04 for Aaron's job. While there, took theatre design classes at UIC. In '07, Aaron won bid to work in Spfld. lab, found out about deploying to Iraq same week. Bought house in Athens. Took communications classes at UIS while Aaron was gone for a year. He came home safe, back to the lab, and I'm a homemaker. In 2009, I added soccer coach to my job title. In 2011, we moved again. We stayed in the Athens school district, but we moved into my childhood home near Cantrall. I also added Girl Scout Leader to my list of jobs. As of 2012, I believe my stint as soccer coach is over. Aaron of course continues to work as a forensic scientist with the State Police, and is gone frequently for many training excersizes with the Guard. Thankfully he has not been deployed anywhere again. He did however become an officer in 2012. Brennon and Madison are doing well. Madsion keeps us all busy with sports, dancing, and girl scouts. Brennon is involved in Boy Scouts. We are all very involved with our wonderful church, ACC. Our families have moved around a lot, too. My mom and step-dad moved to Belize in 2011, My dad and step-mom moved to Chatham in 2012, Aaron's sister moved to Georgia in 2007, and his mom moved there, too, in 2009.
