About Me	Well I'm a late bloomer. Chose not to get married until I was in my 30s. We had one daughter in 1998, then divorced in 2000. I moved to Courtenay and never looked back. Love it here. Was in a relationship with 2 stepsons along with my daughter for 12 years. Always been active but when I turned 50 I kicked it up several notches because my daughter and I were on our own and she was old enough then for me to do more things for me. So I got much more fit changing gyms and getting outdoors more. Tackled Tough Mudder on Whistler 3 years in a row which was an absolute life changer . The forest and mountains are home to me. I backpack, day hike but since Sept 2019 I started mountain biking...and I just love it. Spend 4 to 5 days a week riding in Cumberland and some days in the summer downhilling on Mt Washington.
